The hike will start at 6:15 pm sharp so arrive earlier to park and gather.
Meet at Rocky Woods entrance.
Meet Blanche and join fellow hikers for a special 3.3 mile hike through Rocky Woods and Hawthorne Village Conservation area. Will last approximately 2 hours (returning before last light at 8:18 PM). Will include an introduction to Hawthorne Village Conservation area adjacent to Rocky Woods and evening beaver observation at the pond around sunset (7:49 PM)
**What to bring:**
– Flashlight (recommended for return journey)
– Bug/tick spray (strongly encouraged for spring conditions)
– Sturdy shoes
– Parking fee: Free for Trustees members, $6 for non-members
**Additional information:**
– Well-behaved dogs on leash are welcome
– Weather policy: Hike proceeds in light to moderate rain
