Every year, Medfield’s First Parish Unitarian Universalist church holds a special Sunday service in honor of Earth Day. This year’s service, on Sunday, April 19, will feature a prominent speaker: local attorney and long-time Select Board member Osler “Pete” Peterson.
In his role as a member of the Medfield Select Board, Mr. Peterson has been a tireless advocate of green climate policies. On April 19, he will speak about his experiences as a member of Medfield’s Energy Committee and about the climate issues and challenges faced by Medfield and similar towns in our area.
